Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, installing, or otherwise using the CleanerConnect platform (the "Service"), you agree that you have read, understood, and are legally bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"), including any future amendments or policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.
2. User Eligibility
The Service is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- Are at least 18 years of age; and
- Are legal residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or any member state of the European Union.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria. CleanerConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion upon finding eligibility violations.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify CleanerConnect immediately of any unauthorized use. CleanerConnect disclaims liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. User Conduct Standards
All users must behave professionally, respectfully, and lawfully. You agree not to:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct.
- Miss scheduled appointments without at least 24 hours' prior notice.
- Contact other users off-platform without mutual consent.
For safety-related incidents, you agree to:
- In emergencies, contact local authorities first, then report via the in-app emergency feature.
- Report non-emergency safety issues within 1 hour, including media evidence when possible.
4.1 Cleaning Professional Requirements
- Bring necessary equipment and supplies; use of owner's supplies requires explicit consent.
- Handle properties with care; report accidental damage to the property owner immediately.
- Complete all agreed services to a professional standard. Do not leave early without approval.
4.2 Property Owner Responsibilities
- Provide a safe work environment, ensure access to electricity and water, and keep pet information for the property listing up to date.
- Ensure accurate property access instructions.
- Pay for services as promised via the app.
- Review services within 7 days of completion, or they will auto-complete.
- More than 15 auto-completions is a Terms violation and may result in automatic account suspension.
- Submit reviews honestly and constructively. Ratings must relate only to service quality.
- Attempt dispute resolution in-app before leaving negative feedback. Wait 24 hours for a reply before reviewing.
4.3 Dispute Resolution Between Users
- CleanerConnect is not a party to any contracts formed between users.
- The platform does not provide arbitration, mediation, or legal resolution services.
- Users are solely responsible for resolving all disputes and may seek legal recourse independently.
- CleanerConnect will comply with valid legal requests for user data (e.g., subpoenas).
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with the Service's functionality or security.
- Create accounts via bots or automation.
- Abuse urgent request features to bypass fair scheduling.
6. Subscription Access Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Access subscription-only features without authorization.
- Share or resell subscription benefits.
- Circumvent technical restrictions (e.g., via VPN or tampering).
- Initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
Report suspected vulnerabilities to: security@cleanerconnect.app.
7. Help Center Access
- Available only to active subscribers via valid credentials.
- Access must not be shared.
- You must comply with both CleanerConnect and Zendesk Terms.
- Abuse may result in suspension of Help Center and Platform access.
8. Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in:
- Temporary suspension (30 days);
- Permanent termination (for repeat violations);
- Immediate ban and legal action (for egregious conduct).
To Appeal

Send an email to appeals@cleanerconnect.app including:
- Your account email;
- Date of enforcement;
- Explanation supporting your appeal.
- Responses will be provided as promptly as possible. Decisions are final and at CleanerConnect's sole discretion.
9. Account Termination and Subscriptions
We may terminate your account for any Terms violation, regardless of subscription status.
Subscription Cancellations
- Apple/iOS users must cancel via device settings or Apple Support. Account termination does not cancel subscriptions—you must take cancellation action independently.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
11. Termination
We may terminate your account immediately for any breach of these Terms, with or without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
The CleanerConnect™ name, logo, design, features, layout, code, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of CleanerConnect LLC. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of any part of this service without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanerConnect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. You will be notified by email, but it is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address and review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
