Beta Tester Agreement

By participating in the CleanerConnect beta program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility (Age & Location)

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the CleanerConnect beta program. By joining the beta, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

The CleanerConnect beta is currently intended for users located in supported regions where the app is available. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in your location.

2. Beta Software

CleanerConnect is provided as beta software. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or behave unexpectedly. Bugs, crashes, or data loss may occur.

3. Testing Purpose

The app is provided for testing and feedback purposes. While users may create profiles, communicate, and schedule appointments, beta features and appointments may not be reliable for urgent or time-sensitive needs.

4. No Guarantees

CleanerConnect is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Availability, performance, accuracy, and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed during the beta period.

5. User Responsibility

Any interactions, communications, or appointments made through the app during beta are voluntary and at your own discretion. CleanerConnect is not responsible for outcomes resulting from beta usage.

6. Feedback

By participating in the beta, you agree that any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used to improve CleanerConnect without compensation or obligation.

7. Confidentiality (NDA)

The beta app, including its features, functionality, design, behavior, and any non-public information, is confidential. You agree not to disclose, discuss, or share confidential or non-public details with anyone outside the beta program unless explicitly authorized.

8. No Sharing or Recording

You agree not to capture, share, publish, or distribute screenshots, screen recordings, videos, images, or detailed descriptions of the beta app on social media, websites, forums, or with third parties without written permission from CleanerConnect.

9. Word of Mouth & Beta Referrals

General word-of-mouth discussion about CleanerConnect is permitted. However, screenshots, recordings, detailed features, or other non-public information may not be shared.

10. Copyright & Ownership

CleanerConnect and all related software, designs, content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of CleanerConnect and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are granted through beta participation.

11. Data & Privacy

Use of the beta app is subject to the CleanerConnect Privacy Policy. While reasonable safeguards are in place, beta software may involve additional risk.

12. Termination

CleanerConnect may modify, suspend, or revoke beta access at any time without notice.

13. Governing Terms

Use of CleanerConnect during beta participation is governed by this Beta Tester Agreement, as well as the CleanerConnect Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, all of which may be updated or revised at any time. You will be notified of material changes where required. Continued participation in the beta program constitutes acceptance of the most current versions.
